Kud Wafter Preview

June is here and that means less than a month ’til Kud Wafter hits Japanese shelves. If you haven’t already pre-ordered it, Key is giving you another 13 minutes and 27 seconds to think about it. An official 720p preview is now up on Youtube! At least do it to hear Kudo say “Hello.”

Today viewers and attendees of the Kud Wafter live event, 主題歌生披露！V.I.P 第8回 クドわふたースペシャル生放送！, got a first look at the opening video. As a bonus, there was also a live performance by Kudo voice actor Suzuta Miyako of the opening song “one’s future”. Not to mention the adorable outfit she wore for the whole 2 hour live event. I’m sure she was exhausted. I managed to capture the whole event, but some kind people already uploaded both to Youtube. I am piss poor at encoding anyways. Videos after the break!

I’m not another anime blogger here to give you the run down on Spring 2010 anime. However, I’d be happy to tell you why this April is going to make me happy. Yeah, there have been better seasons, but I can only name 4 or 5 that get me as excited as a new Key work. I’ll keep it short and sweet, so you’ll still have time for spring cleaning.

If you’ve done your homework as well, this one should be obvious. Jun Maeda and Na-Ga’s combined efforts shouldn’t let me down. Airs April 3rd in Japan.

One of those controversial, bubbly, moe, airhead anime without much in the way of plot. I take it easy, so this is a given. Of course, it could always go horribly wrong.

Narcissu 2; Real Soon Now

Setsumi is back in the prequel to the popular visual novel from Stage Nana. Narcissu -Side 2nd- is really no new news, everyone on 4chan has known about it since it came out back in 2007.
However, the English release is another story. Agilis announced a release date today. I’m sure Dan Kim is currently rolling in his… bed.
Despite obvious doubt, the English translation will hit the streets 4/1/2010.
